Valentino did not use Synthol. He used Test Prop and Equipose in large doses twice per week for the majority of the time. The extra oil caused a Synthol-LIKE effect stretching the muscle fascia. This, on top of already having genetically large arms before using gear. Now, of course I can't claim this is fact or not since I wasn't there when he injected, but these are his claims. If he used Synthol, he's the sort of guy who would admit it :)

@knoddaz90 Umm, naw, steroids are a chemical compund that stimulate cells to develop more protein. Synthol, on the other hand, is an oil. Basically, from what I've gathered, It's used to visually increase the musculature you apply it on, hence it is not really a steroid, but like a cosmetic touch-up. The oil spreads aroudn the area, making the musculature more... Errr... Puffy? But yeah, I think I covered it. :D

@MsRandomPro To reiterate what tyrone said, steroids are synthetic versions of hormones which will allow your body to work out longer and recuperate faster. Synthol, on the other hand, is an oil that causes your muscle tissue to swell, making the area look like it's inflated with air. Also, synthol causes muscle damage. Look at it this way. If you sit on a couch all day and take steroids, you'll see no results. If you sit on a couch all day, but take synthol, you will look like a balloon.

@thi711 Those are just the ones you get in the beginning, if you played the game (you obviously must have) you'd know just how badass every other heavy weapon is, the particle beam kills so damn fast, the avalanche freezes enemies where they stand, the firestorm burns 'em to a crisp, the cain is basically a tactical nuke (even if it isn't really a nuclear weapon), and the arc projector (my favorite) is amazing and funny (along with tactically useful) to see used on opposing squads xD. I have asthma and trust me, placebo effect does NOT affect asthma. If a doctor sent me home with a dummy inhaler, I'd be back later that day hacking and wheezing and with a lawyer. :P Maybe not a lawyer, but I'd be intensely pissed off. I think the placebo effect, while certainly something that really happens, is only for little things like headaches that actually can be affected by your state of mind. Because no matter how happy and carefree I feel, I still can't breathe. :P

EA has all the rights now and all future games will be on all platforms. The good ones; PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Unless, Microsoft wants another pointless exclusivity deal. @ScorpioMKM84 I agree with you, look at how Uncharted 2 turned out, it was a ps3 exclusive afterall. However, something to consider is that they're releasing mass effect 2 for the ps3 much later than its xbox360 counterpart. They dont have to worry about satisfying both costumer bases at the time of release, they can concentrate at making each game, for each plataform, as good as it can be. Thats my view of things anyway. Just something to consider :)

Screw the ps3 the reason it's good is because of it's only made for xbox as in the focus on the game and not trying to fit the code and controls to mutiple consoles like how dragon age went to both consoles I still liked it but for biowares standards was lacking or how ff13 was lacking cus it was made multi platform ps3 get ff xbox gets me.

@dcl32 They announced at gamescom this year that Mass Effect 2 is headed to the ps3, one would assume that Mass Effect 3 might follow that pattern once its released. I think they'll still make Mass Effect 3 for the xbox360, it just wont be an exclusive. Which is a blessing for players who only have a ps3 as a gaming plataform. Everyone deserves to experience this Masterpiece imho! Hope that helped.

@JAKETHEGREAT11100 Yes, sometimes a failure is so much more hilarious than a success. There's a reason Ryan is never the host of Party Quirks. He's too good at guessing, he can usually get it on the spot. On the other hand, Kathy Greenwood is bad at the guessing, and keeps hosting because it's funny to see her fumble around for the answers while the others struggle to make it as obvious as possible.

I was laughing at Ryan and Collins jokes but if they had two different people playing off the effects it wouldn't be funny at all.
