That might be true. Although, the first time I heard Leitmotif, it had instantly interested me and soon grew on me. This didn't really catch my ear... at all. They just don't seem to be as dynamic as pre-CWA, at least to me. Decent song, but just not for me. I think their penultimate theme would have to be The Canyon Behind Her.

got to talk to all four of them on multiple occasions in dallas tx 10-20-08, was a great show. being a musician, ive had a tendency to start being more analytical at shows recently, instead of just letting go and reveling in the moment. but not at the dredg show, pure emotion and release.

yeah... i had the same sort of feeling at first too, that i wasnt reacting positively as quickly as i did with cielo and catch. but its def grown on me. i think that theres areas theyve grown on this album, but def areas they didnt. whether they chose not to change the things they didnt idk, maybe its just me and my reactions to it. but it did take a bit to warm up to some stuff. glad they did this song tho, to me its like the penultimate dredg theme/chord prog'sion.

Lmfao, I just listened to their Concious EP from 1996 and it's heavy as fuck. Sounds like a completely different band compared to this. Anyways, I wasn't too fond of this album. It sounded a bit too mainstream for my tastes. I prefere El Cielo and before above all, but this and Catch Without Arms are still great albums.

THE SONG IS A MASTERPIECE!!! I have the albums El cielo, catch without arms, and live at the Fillmore. I personnally prefer El cielo. For me this is their greatest album. But catch without arms is good, too. It is just more commercialy orientated than El cielo. I've bought the pariah today, and I LOVE information. This song is SO GREAT!

I was obsessed with dredg back in 2006. I played Catch Without Arms almost everyday for over three months, sometimes two or three times in a day. I loved it, as well as Leitmotif and El Cielo. But now...I've listened to The Pariah less than 10 times since I got it last summer. It's an AMAZING album, but I'm just not into them right now...it's weird...I don't feel that "connection" to it yet. I think I grew bored waiting...and waiting for it. That was a LONG fucking wait.

There is nothing cherry picked, they place the plane on the north side of the gas station. That means it cannot hit the light poles or the building. There is nothing cherry picked about realizing that if they saw it on the north side of the gas station, that they are only deducing an impact because they can't see it on the north side and see it hit the building (or light poles). For all of the people who still believe that a plane managed to hit the Pentagon, you need to look at the facts: 1) The Pentagon is one of the most heavily guarded buildings on Earth. 2) After the attacks on the World Trade Center complex, Flight 77 wasn't intersected. 3) A Boeing 757 flying horizontally could not fit into the hole in the pentagon that was approx. 65ft wide by 73ft tall. With these facts in mind, along with eyewitness accounts, the truth is quite clear, it wasn't a plane.

I'm effectively doing this, (although I didn't think it in this way), because the two sensors are wired in parallel. However the sensors I could find have a working range of a couple of mm at most, so setting one sensor up in a way that would allow the train's protrusion to pass from the blue pylon and reflect on the sensor might be difficult. Perhaps it can be done by separating the IR transmitter and receiver.

This is brilliant! One note: You only need one sensor on the receiver! Instead of transmitting 010 you'd transmit an extra "1" before each bit: 101110. The first bit would be a framing bit (a "start" bit) like in RS232 communications. That starts the timer. (You have a start bit now, but are hiding it under the train!) You don't have to halve the speed to do this. You could add an arm on the front of the train, fixed in the "1" position, slightly higher than the blue pylon so it won't hit.

Over the course of the contest the train moved sluggishly, until I lubricated the axles of the carriage with some olive-oil from another contestant who was demonstrating the dispersion of molecules in liquids. (You can actually see the difference in the movie. The brightly lit scenes are before lubricating the axles.) Therefore, rather than a simple delay, you would need a mechanism to synchronize the trains .

If we are using two trains, one will always take the inner path, one will always take the outer path. You build a base by looking at your charts when the markets are at a low and stop investing or buy more on the dips as the market goes up.
