the benefits depend on who you are, you must figure that out yourself, not to be a dick or anything. benefits to anybody is patience, quicker thinking, and better development of the mind, which holds various surprises to what you can do after a good ammount of practice. at this point you start to realize you have your own abilities and strengths, in others words this is where you come in. and if you do start doing the practice, don't rush it. that may cause delays in your proggress.

@neonrx07 I suffer from adult ADD, and yet my job entails sitting for, sometimes, hours-long periods focusing on very complex legal documents. Audio such as this is highly effective at holding still that area of my brain that would ordinarily be all over the place. The degree of relaxation I feel when I first put my headphones on is remarkable - and instantaneous - despite the conversation and activity in my immediate environment. I felt very calm and relaxed after listening this. I felt my brain was in a slow mode.. I was not able to concentrate! I was in a same state of mind when I have been meditating or similar to a shut down -state of mind. I prefer beta and gamma waves
