In the christian sense of when you do something you good to get to heaven and if you are bad you go to hell is kinda silly because of the whole point you just brought up. If you are being good just for the reward, then you really aren't a good person, you are just someone who responds to incentives. I for one, do what I perceive to be the right thing because my conscience tells me it is so. The only reward that counts to me is being able to sleep at nights with that clear conscience. tbc

Personally I follow a scientific approach and neither believe nor disbelieve since there isn't evidence to support either claim to any kind of certainty. Yeah, Agreed @THEMANOUTOFTHECAVE. I love some of their stuff...and it's really primal, and not trend-driven candy-ass pop. They certainly do elicit feelings and moods by painting surreal musical landscapes which other bands could never duplicate.

the imagery in this song is incredible. whenever i hear the lyric "waiting like a stalking butler" i picture a dark room in a young man from old money's mansion. he's slightly buzzed at 2:30 in the morning. the room is lighted by a flickering candle in the cold draft. he looks up and from the balcony waits his butler looking down at him with hate in his eyes and with a 18th century gothic painting behind him of a man slaughtering another. this is an insane song.

I'm not a particular fan of Tool, I knew of their presence when I heard their infamous lead single of their debut album "Undertow" known as "Sober". Bought the album picked off a few decent tracks and listened to this and "The Patient" off "Lateralus" and found these specific songs soothing, in their dark, gloomy atmospheric ways. Meditative specifically in comparison to the band's previous work and like them individually as songs.
