Hi, awesome review. I just have one question though. Do you know what is the largest SDHC memory card I can use with this specific camera? I guess the max it can read is what I'm trying to say. Thanks.

You can adjust the shutter speed on this camera, from 1 second to 15 second shutter.

Really? i dont know much about theses power shots i had an exell or somthing like that for like 150.00 last year at freddy's (fread Myers) But ive played with is and i got a couple vids up with the power shot check them out.

I tried today in a shop both Ixus 860 and 870 and actually I must say that I prefer the old one (more intuitive to use). Is it me or they removed the LP (long play) mode on the new one? What about you guys, do u prefer the old 860 or the new 870 and why? Thanks!

The 870 is a good camera, but there's nothing wrong with the 880. See my review of it at cameralabs . com...

Excellent review. I've ordered this camera, and it should arrive tomorrow. I didn't go with the newer 870 model since I've seen some people complain about bad image quality.

Nice review. I actually learned a little bit about the SD870. I didn't realize things like grid mode etc. Thanks. I can't wait to get my SD870 and install CHDK. Canon should just support CHDK so that they will totally dominate the point and shoot market. :)
